Before requesting a return
Keep the order reference, product, packaging and supporting photographs available.
Product condition
LLG reviews each request using the reported issue, product condition and applicable Malaysian consumer protections.
Refund confirmation
A refund is complete only after the payment provider and LLG records confirm the same outcome.
Final commercial and legal wording requires LLG approval before live payment commissioning.
